A gift from you
for You
Devotion doesn’t mean offering flowers It means to open your heart to the vast mysteries of creation
The 4 chapters of our Journey
Isha Yoga Center
At the foothills of the majestic Veliangiri Mountains — the Kailash of the South — our journey begins under the quiet magic of the new moon.
Here, in a space meticulously crafted for physical vitality and mental clarity, we will gently cleanse and harmonize your entire being. You will meet with an Ayurvedic doctor for personal guidance, take part in a powerful new moon ritual to purify the elements within, and learn yogic practices that strengthen and stabilize you day by day while you bathe in sacred waters, stand in the gaze of a goddess, and sit within a meditation hall so charged with energy that even first-time visitors slip into stillness with ease. Journaling techniques will open new doors to self-inquiry, clarity, and joy.
. The ashram of Sadhguru offers a tender yet profound introduction to India and its mysticism

Tiruvannamalai
The legendary and mystical mountain, a silent witness to countless millennia, has sheltered unnumbered yogis in its embrace for thousands of years.
We will walk its sacred circumference, attuning ourselves step by step to the quiet, potent energy of this extinct volcano. In the ashram of Sri Ramana Maharshi — master of the Advaita path — we will sit in the charged stillness of his Samadhi. We will enter the mountain’s caves where he lived in wordless presence for many years, letting that same silence seep into our own hearts.
Tiruvannamalai will draw us into its timeless rhythm through both, the healing and enlightening power of sound and silence.

Varanasi
On the sacred banks of the holy Ganges lies not only the oldest living city of our civilisation, but a city conceived as a vast meditation machine.
For thousands upon thousands of years, sages, scientists, artists, and seekers have gathered here, weaving together a treasury of wisdom and insight. Varanasi — the city that floats in the cosmos — is the city of death, the city where karma is burned away, the city where the eternal is always near.
Here, we will sit before the ancient fire of truth, gazing into the very face of time, life, and death. We will witness a spectacular fire ritual that has pulsed without pause for millennia and step into hyper-energised spaces where the veil between worlds feels paper-thin.
Varanasi — the most important Hindu pilgrimage city

Rishikesh
At the foothills of the Himalayan mountains lies Rishikesh — the capital of yoga schools, a sacred city that has been vegetarian for thousands of years, resting near the source of the holy Ganges.
Here, you will surrender to a gentler rhythm, letting your mind drift with the river’s quiet, cool flow. Rishikesh carries a calm, embracing energy, woven with a vibrant expat community and the deep, nourishing lineage of Eastern wisdom flowing westward.
Days here invite waterfalls and forest walks; nights awaken with dance, kirtan, and the healing touch of treatments that leave body and soul renewed.
The end of our journey, where your mind blossoms into the light of the full moon.

Meet your Guide
Silence is the only true teacher
I am Misha, 41, and my life has been devoted to exploring the mind and the mysteries of creation for as long as I can remember. I began meditating intuitively as a child and received formal initiation into meditation at the age of 16. After completing my studies in Clinical Psychology in Austria, I ordained as a Buddhist forest monk in the wilderness of Australia.
Today, I live in a small coastal town in Portugal, surrounded by nature. As both an artist and an entrepreneur, I have spent many years creating meaningful and joyful experiences for large groups. Yet my deepest passion lies in guiding people on their personal and spiritual journeys — whether through individual coaching or deeply immersive group meditations.
In addition to my daily meditations and yogic practices, I dedicate one or two months each year to retreat in India or Thailand, intensifying my practice in places of profound spiritual power. Each time I am there, my heart rejoices, and I wish more people could benefit from experiencing the incredible energies of these environments that continue to uplift and transform my life.
This is my calling. This is my joy. Here I am — for you. Here I am to help you blossom into wisdom, peace, and happiness.
Are you ready for a transformative journey and want to deepen your experience of yoga and mysticism? Do you want to explore mother India safely in a guided group of like minded travellers?

Short distances will be covered with local transportation such as tuk-tuks or taxis. Longer distances will be by private minibuses. Our longest drive will be an overnight journey in a private, high-comfort sleeper bus from Isha Yoga Center to Tiruvannamalai.
We will also take two national flights — one from Tiruvannamalai to Varanasi and another from Varanasi to Rishikesh.
WHich teachings inspire moontt?
It is the teaching of a meditator — someone who has immersed himself in silence, in the density of nothingness, in the paradox of stillness. Timeless teachings found at the core of all major religions, sciences, and philosophies.
Some of the teachers who have personally inspired me include:
•In the science of Yoga: Shiva and Sadhguru
•In Buddhism: the Buddha and my dear teacher Ajahn Brahm
•In the Advaita path: Sri Ramana Maharshi and Mooji
… and many other friends on the path.
All of them point to the same truth: they point to the one reading this — to the source of creation, the source of experience, the source of time.
This journey is about turning consciousness towards the source of consciousness itself — a journey within, supported by timeless teachings in powerful places, to realise and experience creator and creation as one.
Join this beautiful journey — a gift from you, for you — and become a greater blessing to yourself and the worlds you touch.
May you be happy, may you be successful, may you be in peace.
What and when will we eat?
We will eat two full, nourishing vegetarian meals a day, as recommended by yogic sciences and supported by Western medicine (intermittent fasting). Brunch will be at around 10 am and dinner at around 7 pm. This rhythm ensures the empty-stomach condition needed for our two daily yoga practices.
How are The Accomodations?
Throughout the journey, we will stay in hand-picked, clean, and welcoming accommodations that reflect the authentic charm of India. Some may be simple, such as in the ashram, but always chosen with comfort, safety, and character in mind.
What To Expect from your Guide?
I will be there for you throughout the entire journey, participating in all scheduled activities. I will support your inner journey to the best of my abilities, drawing on my knowledge of Western psychology and Eastern wisdom. I will handle all organizational and travel-related tasks so you can focus on a safe, comfortable, and insightful experience of authentic India.
